We are licensed and insured for residential and commercial projects in Vermont, New Hampshire, and New York.
What primary services do you offer?
Professional structural engineering services, including designs and inspections.
Do you provide inspection services for residential or commercial real estate sales?
Yes, structural specific inspections. Availability and turnaround times vary by current workload and distance from our office. We do not provide "home inspections" in the traditional sense, which include mechanical, electrical, or other elements of the home. We should be contacted once a home inspector, relator, or contractor flags a structural concern for further review
Do you provide septic, stormwater, or other civil services?
Though technically licenced and insured, we do not actively provide these services.
Do you work in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, or New York City?
Not at this time.
Do you have a physical office location?
